What does Entomos actually do?

Three lines of work. First, market-entry consulting: regulatory dossiers, hospital channel placement and duty-free distribution for health and wellness brands entering Europe and Asia. Second, intelligence reports: rapid custom research on the health-and-wellness consumer across US, EU and Asia. Third, Clinami: practice software for clinics and consultations.

What kind of brand do you work with?

Founder-led health and wellness brands, typically between 2 and 50 employees, with an established home market, a clear category position, and a willingness to commit to a real line of distribution rather than a single test order. Focus categories: longevity, women's health, sleep and stress, nutricosmetics, immune health.

How long does market entry take?

Between three and six months from compatibility audit to first real revenue on the ground, depending on category complexity and any reformulation or labeling work the dossier requires. Some ingredients qualify under fast-track rules and reach shelves in weeks; others need formula adjustment first.

What does the client actually receive?

Phase 1: a written compatibility report against the target market regulatory standards, including suggested formula or labeling adjustments. Phase 2: the complete regulatory dossier, translation, authority meetings, registration, and first channel launch. Phase 3: the group operates as wholesale distributor inside the channel, with annual minimum volumes that grow year over year. Optional clean handover of the channel once distribution is established.

What does Entomos not do?

Commodity supplements and fast-moving fads. Discovery-stage consulting decks with no tangible deliverable. Cross-representation of direct competitors of brands already in our channel. Generic market-research that does not lead to a working line of distribution.
