What we do

For founders building serious health and wellness brands, two things tend to slow international expansion: the regulatory pathway in each target market, and access to credible distribution once products are approved. Entomos works on both, in parallel, alongside operating partners already on the ground in Europe and Asia.

Our focus is on categories where evidence and brand pedigree matter — longevity, women's health, sleep and stress, nutricosmetics, immune health. We do not work with commodity supplements or fast-moving fads.

How it works

1. Compatibility audit We assess the product against the regulatory standards of the target market and produce a clear go or no-go report. This is the filter step before anything else moves forward.
2. Notification and registration We prepare the dossier, manage translation and submission, and run the meetings with health authorities and channel partners until the product is registered and listed.
3. Sales channel introduction The product is introduced into hospital and duty-free distribution networks through our local operating partners, with first orders moving inside a defined window.
4. Distribution and growth Distribution runs as wholesale through our partner network, with annual minimum commitments to keep incentives aligned. We only win if the product sells.

Who we work with

Founder-led health brands with a differentiated story — patented ingredients, clinical credibility, distinctive formulation, or category leadership in their home market. Typically two to fifty people, with a serious build behind them rather than a marketing wrapper.

We work with a small group of brands at a time. Selection is mutual.
