The market-entry programme places products into a working distribution network: 4 hospitals in China today, with the channel scaling toward 10, plus a duty-free footprint that is actively growing. The hospital placements are direct: our team works with clinical staff, not through a wholesaler that re-labels the product. Manufacturing runs through partner laboratories — including one with over 75 years of history and a major US lab through which other US brands are already entering the channel — named privately, not on a public page.
US founders want a US-side contact. Chinese authorities want a European registered operator with track record. Splitting the front from the operator lets each side speak to who they expect to talk to, without breaking the chain.
